It's pretty amazing that I had an even better experience at the SXSW Film compared to last year. I watched a total of 12 films out of which nine were documentaries. I enjoy documentaries very much because the stories are real and very often they are so inspiring.

It was really lovely to have the chance to go back to The Salt Lick during this trip. While it was a new and fun experience for me last year, frankly I was not an avid fan. I had great fun at SXSW last year that I decided to give it another shot. Similar routine of watching wonderful independent films but this year I watched mainly documentaries and they were all pretty awesome. Last year when we were in Austin, our meals were mainly BBQ and it was a bit of an overdose for me. Hence I was really excited to check out other cuisines in our trip last March. Our most impressive meal was clearly at Uchiko but Fabi+Rosi left a significant impression too ( Read more... )
