I just started feeling bad about the fact that I verbally have to "hold my clients hand". I think I just feel bad that people are so stupid.

I have finally found a place to live. it could be called a "fixer upper" but I just think it's dirty. We found a large 2 bedroom in windsor terrace. it has a EIK, large pink! bathroom, washing machine but no dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 other rooms, I'm assuming living room and dining room, but would I ever use either?
