Nowadays I spend a lot of time on buses. It takes me just over an hour to get to work everyday - and for some reason, just under 2 hours to get home. I'm not sure exactly why it takes nearly twice as long to escape Stockport than it does to arrive - I suppose there's more demand for escaping ( Read more... )

I do not feel well. I may have a mild cold. It’s especially annoying cos it’s stopping me from using my finely honed concentration abilities making me useless in any fight to defend the city against super-villains who want to hold us to ransom in a stranglehold of terror,

Much relaxing was done last weekend.  Which will be a nice contrast to next weekend which will be completely manic. It was nice to see a load of people that I've not seen in a good long while and although I'm turning into a grumpy larper hanging out with people I larp with socially was nice.

I finished my travel book on the way into work and I'm not looking forward to my journey home without something to read. So I'm off to Waterstones after work tonight - but I fancy something a little different - what should I get to keep me entertained?
