He so is! I haven't had a kitten in six years, and my other "kitten love" Louise is now six. She is jealous and won't purr when I pet her now. I hope she gets over it soon. Ricky, our 18-pounder, is rather indifferent, but he must look so intimidating to our little one.
As soon as I walked into the room when I went home for lunch he began to purrrrrrrrrrrrr. Awwww. When I shut the door to go eat, I could hear his plaintive "mew mew"s and had to go cuddle him some more. He wants to roam the house, but not until after the vet tonight at the very earliest.
Do you have any idea whether he'll keep having those gorgeous blue eyes? (kittens *always* have them the first few weeks, the colour usually changes thereafter to their mature colour)
I don't know, but I hope he does keep them! They are such a contrast to his orange colouring!
He's too young yet, the vet says, to give him the feline AIDS and leukemia test, so we still have to keep him sequestered. If he cries too much, I might wind up sleeping in there with him!

He is precious/perfect! Peaches and cream and blue, blue eyes! And his name is wonderful! I would have been smitten, too.
