Alcoholism, is a such a sad disease. It is hard to watch.

Seeing my neighbor drunk is like looking at a lost, scared, and unloved child. He is also bipolar and has emotional issues, so that doesn't help the matter at all. I can't even imagine how his wife deals with it day to day, waiting for that phone call....
