just be patient! I promise, in another fill or two you will be stopping before you're done because if you don't, it's coming back up!
I fully admit that I don't focus on what I eat. I pick certain things because I have IBS, which means high fat foods are automatically out, as are fried things and red meat, but chocolate is a part of my daily life, and I don't count calories. I just eat what I feel like eating and stop when I feel full. The weight loss was nearly nothing at first, but now it's at a slow and steady reduction, which makes me super happy. I'm down at least 2 sizes and 47 lbs from my top weight (Feb 2007), but mostly I try not to focus on the food. I know my doctor wants me to count calories, exercise daily, etc, etc, but I find the less I think about food the better, so I don't read labels once the food is purchased, and I don't count calories. Some days I eat more than others, but overall it's a whole lot less than what I was eating before, and I'm very content with my slow reduction.
have you tried lane bryant? I know it's the obvious fat girl store, but they have a new line of jeans that rocks. I have a very very curvy figure (small waist and gigantic hips) and was actually able to find a pair that fit!

It's just hard getting away from how you used to be and all the bad eating habits.
I love going down sizes in clothes! Although, right now I can't find jeans that fit right...have to lose some more so that they're easier to find. :)
