ok - well i've gone and done it again... deric somehow worked the system and im going back to iraq again this sat. that would mean that the 24th of July 2004 im on my way BACK to iraq. now, some one asked my WHY AM I IN THE MARINES AND WHY AM I FIGHTING

There are people who will never understand us my friend. We know what Duty means. We know what Honor means. We know what Courage and Commitment means.

You and I, we fight a very real, yet different battle - working to accomplish the same thing, freedom. Thank you for always pointing out that the troops across the world aren't just heartless killers that they are doing there duty and protecting the rest of the world. My dad was spit on by someone the other day, who told him that he needed to watch F.9/11 and get a real job. You are a wonderful person and thank you for opening people's eyes.
