We got two estimates today on our furnace. They were about a thousand dollars off from each other, but both fairly expensive. We did, however, know this going in. Tim had set up a home equity line in order to do it sooner. Now he is freaking out about the cost and does not want to do the home equity line or the furnace. I'm freaking a little
