I needed to make a long form post because after watching this movie, I'm still up and thinking. For one, it's highly under-rated for a recent art film and two, once again, Kirsten Dunst blows me away with her acting chops. I remember that day on September 11, 2001 my father calling me to see how I was doing and mentioned to him how on January 1, 2000 as we entered a new millennium that it didn't feel really different from the last one but that today would be the defining moment of telling us that we were in fact in a new age ( Read more... )
