finally finally all the anxiety from planning the girlfriend's birthday is over.
and the surprise bbq was a success.
thanks a gazillion to su for helping me throughout the day.
we went shopping at the supermarket and picked up the girlfriend's present.
lots were not going my way that day.
but at least everything fell into place.

there aint much of the new year mood this year seriously.
but i sure am glad grandma is back to spend it with us.
visiting here and there today. and tomorrow.
wore heels that are so troublesome
that i ended up walking barefooted around my uncle and granduncle's condo.
note to self: get easy-to-wear shoes next new year.
