Went over my cals yesterday but i exercised to the brim so i suppose maybe i met my goal. I feel the burn and it's nice. I'm bumping my restriction down to 700 cause 900 is seeming sorta high. I ate alot yesterday. Small quesodilla, small salad, lots of water, one Popsicle, an orange, and 17 mini crackers oh and 15 little peices of cantaloupe too
