I've missed Live Journal. It's been so long since I've been here that I wan't sure I'd remember my password. Alas, I do.

I've gotten so used to FaceBook that I wonder if I'll come up with more than 100 words to say at a time again.

My neighborhood smells like home now.

For all the times I flog myself for not doing more, being more, trying to achieve more, when I really look at it this is the life I have always wanted.   I'm just going to enjoy walking in it.

When I think about the treadmill, I'm instantly bored and resistant.  It is loud (how do you stop all that beeping?), mechanical and you walk in place for minutes on end.

But when I get up and get on the treadmill, giving my body what it is asking for, it is luscious!!  Pumping the rate up, increasing the incline, feeling my breath breathing life ( Read more... )
