We can, and we did.  I a blissfully hopeful and elated and overwhelmed and excited....last night was joy manifested a bazillion times over.

Just back from a fabulous vacation at my sister's house in Chardon, Ohio.  It was a long drive, but so worth the trip!  We toured a mansion, swam in the lake almost every day, went to the zoo, walked the quaint town square each evening, and had a marvelous, lady-like lunch at a "tea room."  All that on just about no sleep, as sis and I can't stand ( Read more... )

I do believe my eyelashes are melting....it is SO HOT and steamy here right now!  98 degrees and no sign of rain for days and days...now, if only everyone in charlotte would put on spa robes and treat this place like the sauna it is! (ha ha!)
