I've finally done it. I've started waking up early in the morning and taking Ziggy on a jog. I start my day with Yoga stretches, get the jogging pants on, harness the dog and go for a run. I run around the block, come back continue another set of Yoga stretches, a 3 sets of sit ups, a set of push ups and Matt got a chin up bar. I'm not too good at
