My Neutrogena sunscreen expired and it turned into a disgusting mixture of oil and goop.  So I went to Shoppers and got a Life brand sunscreen only to discover that it smelled like

Well technically you don't need sunsceen as much as you think if you tan... however if you don't tan at all then get it for sure. There also is a misunderstanding that sunscreen prevents tanning - wrong it only blocks out the harmful UV rays, which is what happens too when your skin darkens a shade -

I'm not a fan of sunscreen i always hated the oily sticky feeling on my skin and you need to apply it like 30mins (recommended time) before you go out for your skin to properly absorb to fully utilize its intended purpose.

SPF 30 is good - usually its not as oily as the other ones and not as weak, its like in the middle.

Get lots of insect repellent for those mosquitoes, don't want to become a misquote feed =P

That's why I want the dry sheer kind. Well, good sunscreen is supposed to prevent you from UVA and UVB so technically it is supposed to slow tanning. I think UVB makes you tan. Either way, it's still skin damage! And photoaging!

I think I'll get insect repellent there. I heard about this mosquito-repelling sticker that you can just stick on your shirt. So much better than the spray!

I dunno, i'm like the insect repellent for my friends.... something about me makes them bite me instead of the ppl around me.

Like those trips during the summer... everyone near me got 1-2 bites... i got like 6-8 and those who weren't near me got just as much. I guess its i'm more like bait?

Amazingly my skin is still as is, after so many days out in the sun during the summer at the zoo (errr). Then ppl ask me where i tan cuz they want my tanned skin tone colour, they're crazy i hate being tanned =(
