Well, Stephen's doing much better than we thought. He's always been a fighter, I wouldn't expect anything less from him . . . Learning social psychology and sociology kind of makes me sick of myself. I mean, humans are pretty fucked up to begin with, and everybody knows this, but analyzing how odd everything is in our culture and all the idiosyncracies (sp?), it makes you feel kind of down. I still have about 30 minutes before my next class . . . so I'm being bored here in the computer lab in SBS West. Damn, it's chilly in here . . . I've been cold all day, I don't know what's up with that.

I'm glad I had a little time to myself this weekend. Well, it wasn't even really time to myself, but it was nice to just have a day to not worry about school, schedules, and money. Although I'm pretty wiped out by my last full day of summer, I suddenly don't want to go to bed. I suppose this would be reflection-time, but I don't know if this is the right journal for that . . .

I'm happy to be going to my psych class today. I've heard good things about the instructor, hopefully they turn out to be true.

So first of all, I was worried about the auditions into Symphonic Band tomorrow.
