Got a call from unemployment basically telling me that because I got a severance package, they'll deny my claims until they calculate I've used all of that money. But I should keep going to their site and plugging in places I've applied despite this

What they'll do is divide my severance by the weekly pay. So for a month they can deny my claims (wonder if it matters that half was unused vac/sick time). I'm paying minimum on my debt for the time being and thankfully (ugh) still live at home and JUST paid off my car.
