I want to just do a Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine type meal plan.

aka:
Sensible breakfast
Special K bar for lunch
and a frozen dinner for dinny-dinz.
haha

any of you know of any active comunities for that?!

I know there are weight watchers communities.
i was doing the lean cuisines for a while. i'd do oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, a lean cuisine for lunch and sometimes a real meal or another lean cuisine for dinner. it helped me get through a plateu (sp?) only now I don't get them because i am weird and i am convinced the calorie content is too high. even though they are really sensible and not at all that high. most of them are in the 220-270 range. i am just weird.

I agree totally, One my dad picked up for me was 330 calories, I was like "WTF ARE THEY KIDDING?!?" and then realized my families normal dinner meal size waslike, 700-900 calories. holy shittt.
