well, i guess when it rains, it pours.  blah...  we just can't win.  after hours of trying to save the carpet, we just couldn't.  atleast it only got the living room.  we'll get our new flooring in 6 days.  now i just have to keep the kids away from all the tack strips.  10 inches of rain in 2 days!

 what a year 2008 has been!  we've survived a blizzard in march, an earthquake, and now, a tornado!  we finally have power after 60 hours without.    friday night's 3 hour storm was the craziest i've ever lived through!  the news said there was 10,000 lightening strikes in our county every half hour.  no wonder the sky was constantly glowing ( Read more... )
