It has been a while and a lot has happened.  I started working on my Bacholers degree.  Holly turned 35 again yesterday.  Thanksgiving was a blast down at my folks until Josh split his head open playing tug with Thunder.  Thunder let go and Josh fell back into the coffee table.  I am still unemployed and all the lil hopefulls just aren't panning ( Read more... )

Holly's mom passed away this morning at about 6am.

I am exausted.  Holly's mom is still in hospice and being a stubborn one by hanging on.  I know that sounds cruel but it is time for her to go with God.  The family has been at her bedside every day since Thursday.  So for us it has been up early drive to Indiana and home late, rinse and repeat.  Today Holly and I thought it would be best that Josh ( Read more... )

Just got a call from Holly's dad and brother letting me know that Holly's mom may not live much past Saturday.

My last paycheck has run out.  It was supposed to last 2 months but it barely lasted 2 weeks.  I told Holly and she freaked out as I would have expected.  I don't know what to do. 

Spent the day in Indiana again.  We went to an auction and then out for dinner with family.  We then met dad at the nursing home.  Dad and Holly let me go into the room and talk to mom in law.  I introduced myself even though she was resting comfortably and wasn't able to hear me but I feel better having said my hellos and good byes.

Yesterday we went to see Holly's mom and hang out with her dad.  I haven't met her because she is in the nursing home and the family doesn't want me to see her like she is.  We are all out for dinner when dad gets a call saying mom is coughing up blood.  We pay our check and all ass to the nursing home to find she has been resting comfortably and ( Read more... )

So far so good.  Josh has been up since 10am.  We got dressed and made strawberry pancakes.  I was just told that I make the best pancakes in the world.  I finished up a job app.  I made a mistake and checked a wrong box.  i hope it wont hurt me.

It was brought to my attention today that my constant yelling at Josh and Holly is one of the main reasons things are so fucked up.  My goal today is not to yell at anyone
