I ate 20 points today so I have all of my flex-points left.
I also made all of my exercising goals for the day, must keep going!!

#3. Because I'm in better shape than I have ever been before! I love the fact that I can now run a mile without stopping, and my face doesn't become the color of a cherry. Now I can focuse more on increasing my speed rather than my distance :)

Okay, so today I ate 20 points so I still have all 35 of my flex-points left.
I also met all of my exercise goals for the day, and I am so glad. I just keep having to remind myself to take it all one day at a time.

#2. Because I LOOK healthy! I love the fact that I can walk into a public place and know I'm not being judged as "a fat chick". Time to get to my goal so I can maintain and never feel that way again!

I finished the day with all 35 of my flex-points left and met all of my exercise goals. Yay me!

First off, I forgot to add in my last post that I am down to my goal pant size, a 7! But now that I'm there I think I want to go down to a 5, just because I know I can and it is a short, easy goal compared to all the other goals I have accomplished for myself ( Read more... )

Okay, here we go again..
#1. Because for once it feels good to say no! It feels great to be eating out with friends eating a salad, then have them offer me one of their fries or something of that nature, and be able to say no! I love being able to finally control that part of my life.
