It's often this feeling like the world is closing in on me along with chest pain and not being able to breathe. Then it seems to get worse... and for me, often lasts 30-45 minutes per attack... depending on how well I can control it... and often I really can't at all.
But my whole point in replying was to tell you that it sounds like you had one.
*hugs* I know how much they suck.

How are you? I'm good. I just got back from the beach in Haifa. It was so nice there. Kerry and I went there with these three Italian girls we know from the Ulpan. We swam, sunbathed, bought ice cream, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery!! When school starts again we defitnitely need to hang out. I alos need to convince your parents to let you go to Israel!! It is soo safe!! I can persuade them!! :) Well I miss you hun and hope to hear from you soon!! Don't worry about school and making decisions, I feel like you do many times!! It's because you are human :)
