While I totally agree with all 10 things #1 has another side to it. That side being when someone comes to the register and there is a sullen teentbopper there who ignores you the whole time, refuses to even look up at you to say thank you, or even worse, is talking to another sullen teenybopper two rows over and barely takes time to scan your purchases, let alone give you a semi courteous greeting. But I do understand the urge to shove someones cell phone up their ass.

I've been through many lines with a sullen teenager, and I feel ya.
