Sounds like things are going pretty well for you. I'm happy for you. I think you should consider looking for another job -- a change of scenery usually does a person good.

Hi Lu. Apparently I go months between checking Livejournal. I absolutely agree. I ended up applying for a new job the last day of January at NSF - the National Science Foundation. I had a phone interview last Friday and I should go to an onsite one in the next few weeks. So I guess we'll see!
