I finished writing my dissertation on Sunday.

This Saturday I'll leave for an 8 day trip to Quebec with Mohan to return next Saturday.

Then I have to drive to State College and have my oral defense on Monday.

My fingers are crossed.

Well I've really neglected livejournal. I'd like to get back in the habit of posting occasionally. I read my friends page everyday, and I miss hearing from most people who don't post anymore, so I just figured I'm part of the problem. Just an update - but I'm moving tomorrow (assuming everything works out). I'll be living in Tyson's Corner. This is good because I can walk to work, and save an hour a day commuting, and lots of money in gas, but but because it's pretty much a big office park with no soul.

Tonight, my car, Seabiscuit was violated by an unknown assailant.

She's okay, but they took my CDs, which I'm annoyed with.

The police officer was super nice though.

If anyone reading this is in State College and wants to make some cash tomorrow, I could use help loading up stuff from my apartment into a big SUV I'm renting - I'm trying to move out of my apartment.
