Fish hat status and... surgery?

The fish hat is about 1 hour from completion. The trout is done and it looks AWESOME. The hat just needs the crown finished, the tassels tied to the ear flaps, and the trout attached. I will finish it tonight in time for the Sportsman's Show on Friday, where Rob plans to wear it proudly. Yes, there will be photos, as soon as we can find the card

I had one of those ages ago. Left middle finger, the surgery was pretty quick and easy, the healing as a bit long and weird and I did a lot of PT for such a small thing, to prevent scar tissue, and I still have to revisit that a bit on my own some times. The entry and scarring is actually on my hand, -gestures ruberbandy TMI about tendon sheaths and access points- ;p

Not likely to be a hidden scar for me... the darn thing is right on top of the lunate bone. draw a line down the back of your index finger and another down the side of your thumb. That intersection point is where my cyst is.
