Two random icons today... the first was a picture I ran across while looking for the monster pictures yesterday, the second was a retro ad I just liked, and the words... just fitted.
I dunno, I might fall a bit behind the schedule over the weekend. I don't usually have a social life at all, but this weekend I have stuff to do on both days, so. I dunno if there's time to draw or not :)

I know I'm very late; the last few days simply went by too fast! I hope to catch up with comments this weekend.
More drawing is what I'm hoping to do this month, but using colour more often than only graphite. My first idea for today, which seemed small when I thought about it, turned out to be too ambitious. So, I scaled it down to a geranium petal and a jasmine leaf. I was trying to get the colour of both, but also show shape with the shading and the colour in their shadows. Neither really worked, I'm afraid. Still, this is what I did:
