Dreams
So I had a dream last night. A dream in which I convinced the population of the world that frogs are human organs in disguise. When someone would dispute me I'd tell them to squish a frog and see what came out. Their response was almost invariably "...organs. Oh shit!" -
Camping
I just got back from camping with my grandfather. Amazingly, I had a great time. Honestly I was expecting that hanging out with a bunch of 50+ fishing/hunting/drinking manly men wouldn't exactly be a great time, but it was. I think part of that was that I out-fished all of them. The Mountain Goats.
To those of you not already aware, The Mountain Goats are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone who has good taste. I have been listening to nothing but them and The New Pornographers (Which are perhaps even more fantastic) for about a week. Finished my driving lessons today. It's weird how things seem to change in importance as months go by. Back when I got my permit, I wanted nothing more than to finish those lessons and get my license, now that I've actually done it it hardly seems like a big deal ( Read more... ) -
