Life got busy there for a while there.

I couldn't sit down and write about my life...I was just trying to keep up with it.

Currently in NYC. Midtown hell...the flames are beautiful.

I'm in Scotland having a grande old time. Christian and I are sitting at a free internet cafe, which saves quite a bit of poundage for us. We've been preforming EMBEDDED by Tim Robbins and it has been sold out every night. We rock! "Cheers mate!" says Christian.

Ok, so I'm hanging out with Ryan Holmes tonight. We're having a swell time. Chillin. Anyway, so we started talking about Chris Carpenter and decided that we had to write a song for him. I got home almost 2 weeks ago and have seen so few people. Basically I've been riding my bike all day long or going to the gym for spinning classes. I'm just so nervous about riding AIDS/Lifecycle. I mean, 585-miles in 7 days...I hope I'm in a good enough shape. Sunday I rode about 50 miles and didn't feel very tired. But that was mainly flat ( Read more... )
