Never fails...
Every single time a holiday rolls around, the "who did we see last year?" conversation comes up and we get into a huge fight and then we're pissed the whole day. Well, I'm done. My family didn't consider us and of course Hans's didn't either so we're just staying home.

Missing...
I'm missing football season. Can't believe I admitted it but it's true. I miss looking forward to something all week and getting to have some kid free time with Hans and all my friends.
Being at this new school has really put me on edge. I'm enjoying the kids and the people in my department but the AP that's over us drives me up a wall! I'll have to ( Read more... ) -

Freaking the fuck out. My dad fell at home last night and broke his hip. He has a fracture and they're going to have to do surgery. He has a bad heart and I just don't know how he'll do with going under.

now the waiting...
so, i think my interview went really well. now i just have to wait to hear back from HR on whether or not i have a spot at the school. i was prepared for a pretty long wait but then when i got to work on tuesday, i found out that several people who interviewed last monday had gotten an email saying they had a position. i really hope i get an email ( Read more... ) -
Tomorrow, tomorrow...
I have a job interview tomorrow at 3:30 for the new high school that is opening up next school year. I was supposed to have it last Monday but had to reschedule due to my uncle's rosary and funeral. This weekend was so completely relaxing! I got lots of rest, got to see family and friends and actually got housework done.
