I have been piercing on my own for a bit over a year now. As far as certification goes...there is no "license" or "certification" in michigan for piercing or tattooing. I do have certification in blood borne pathogens and infection control training with Health Educators as well as Genesee county health department, first aid and responding to emergencies through mott community college, and cpr. I will be updating my iam page with photos tomorrow (i'll link it to my journal) and will probably set up a photobucket link for people to view my portfolio. i'd love to pierce you. get back with me if your interested.

I understand the whole certification thing. One of my friends is a piercer, and he is certified like that, however due to conflicts between us, i no longer want him piercing me. I don't know how the access the iam page...as i do not have one. i would definately want to see some photos, is there any chance you could send me some links? im not too savvy. the piercings i would be interested in for the near future are : my tongue, christina, and my industrial.
if you can do those, and have done them, let me know.
