Bad!!! It throws off the entire look of the flip-flop/thong. Plus that just isn't comfortable.

People who wear those make me want to kill. It isn't logical. Flip-flops are made for comfort and easy accessibility. The heel makes no difference other than you look like an idiot and you lose the comfort in flip-flops.
