If I tell you, you have to promise not to judge me.dontevenknowApril 4 2009, 15:20:24 UTC

With workout music, it isn't always about the song or the artist, it's about the tempo.
I've got the soundtrack to Hackers 2 - Its all techno/house/trance/dance, but the tempo is GREAT for workouts! Another trick I use is audio-books. I get completely lost in the story and it helps me lose track of time, which can be good for a long workout!
Do you have that new "Genius" feature on iTunes? Try picking one of your favorite workout songs and creating a Genius playlist from it. It will probably pick up some songs that you wouldn't have thought of.
Oh... and sometimes I workout to the "Happy Feet" soundtrack. It's upbeat and different from my other workout songs (which are country, so I'm not even going to mention them); it's a good change of pace.

And I can't judge. I have Nobody's Perfect (Hannah Montana), Girlfriend (Avril), and ABBA on my workout playlist. Britney makes an appearance often.
