The Basics
Name: Åsa [tis Swedish]
Age: 15 going on 16 in November
Describe the meaning or significance in your username: I used to have pink hair, and had it for a little over a year. I'm just a plain bleach-blonde now, because I'm planning to abuse my apartment's pool to high hell and I don't want my color running out that fast. :P
Favorite color: hmmm....I really don't like black most of the time. It's generally so cliche and it's just...I don't know. Anyways, I love bright colors best, [see my journal layout XD] and my favorite color is probably bright pink.
Do you give orders or simple follow what's given to you? I find it a lot easier to give orders, but if someone else is in charge and they're requests/orders seem reasonable then I'm perfectly fine with it.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Half-full, not because I don't have rough bumps in my life, but I've always had the ability to look at the good side of things. That, and I have great friends who are there for me always. <3
Your favourite drink is? Water and various teas.
Smoking. Yes or no? Fuck no. Most of my dad's side of the family smokes, and that's all I need not to smoke.
Scraping the Surface
What are your interests? drawing, painting, old punk, reading, manga in general,
What are your pet peeves? Whining. Wah-angst. People who consider themselves dark but in reality have everything going for them and feel the need to hide behind red and black clothes and spikes from Hot Topic or places as such. There are people who have real problems and then there's people who wish they did. --;; That, and I can't stand extremist "Christians", holier-than-thou vegans, or homophobes/racists/sexists.
What are your hobbies? Special talents? Drawing, reading manga, I'm in the midst of learning guitar, listening to music, laughing with my friends, making up fake band names [such as "The Tragic Truth About Orgies" and "Whole-Wheat Bunny Crackers"], painting, watching movies, dancing [even though I'm not very good >w<]
Your strengths lie in… and why? My ability to be there. I'll drop everything to friend who's feeling cruddy, and I'll listen for them as long as they want to talk.
Your weaknesses are… and why? Procrastination. So much. In fact, I'll finish this question tomorrow...I think.
Digging a little Deeper
Who do you admire (whether it be fictitious or real life) and why? A lot of people...I admire Ai Yazawa/Yuu Watase/etc for their beautiful storytelling along with beautiful art, I admire Andy Rooney for amusing me so much on 60 Minutes and having the best bushy eyebrows ever, my grandparents for making it work, Jello Biafra, Henry Rollins, and Kathleen Hanna for how they speak up and inform people...lots of people. ^^;;
What do you look for in a friend and why? People I can laugh with.
If you were in a rock band, which position would you play and why? Probably guitar, but maybe bass because it's not so in the spotlight but it really helps set the beat and tone.
How would your ideal room/apartment look like and why? Wooden floors, lots of open space, nice and neat with space for my DDR mats and art supplies. It'd have to be cute...because I'm addicted to cute things.
If you were a piece of jewelry what would you be and why? Hmm...a toe ring? I really don't know. XD

Who is your favorite character and why? Probably Nobu, because he's such a sweet guy.
Who is your least favorite character and why? Probably Yuri...because she really annoys me.
Your favorite pairing? And why? Nobu and Nana [Hachi] ..because I think they'd be perfect for eachother. Alas, reality doesn't come out perfect usually.
Your favorite relationship? And why? Nana [Hachi] and Shin, because the whole mother/son thing is cute. :3
