The Basics
Name: Just call me Di.
Age: 19
Describe the meaning or significance in your username: Well, it's a mesh of two fandoms. The Uchiha part is from Naruto, as most of you mighta guessed, and Hikaru is from the character from Magic Knight Rayearth, one of my absolute favorite characters, because she has the personality I admire in people. Also, I've been using Hikaru as my alias for over three years, so I'm attatched.
Favorite color: Hot pink and black, I think they make an awesome combination.
Do you give orders or simple follow what's given to you? Hmm...I prefer giving orders. I don't like doing what I'm told.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Half full baby.
Your favourite drink is? Alcoholic or what? Well, nonalcoholic would be Coke Zero, which really does taste better than Diet Coke. Alcoholic, I'm quite partial to Bacardi Silver.
Smoking. Yes or no? I don't really care. I smoke when I feel like it, but I threw mine out the other day 'cause I was indirectly threatened to stop.
Scraping the Surface
What are your interests? Uh...anime, manga, video games, those are the top three. I also like music and movies, playing guitar, and I love acting. I like sex too, and I like beaches, especially at sunset. It's nice to sit and watch the waves.
What are your pet peeves? Hypocrites and closed-minded people, by far. They really piss me off, especially when they don't take the blame for their actions and just dump them on other people. And I hate being told what to do.
What are your hobbies? Special talents? Hobbies, well, I like to crochet on occasion, and I like sketching. But my special talents are acting, writing and playing guitar. I half-wish I could sing, but I'll be taking lessons someday soon. I think it'd be fun to sing and play guitar.
Your strengths lie in… and why? I'm quite honest. If you want to hear an unbiased opinion, just ask me. I'm also sincere and, to those who've earned it, I'm quite nice. I'm also pretty perceptive, even if I seem spaced out or aloof. I'm also independant, and I do things my way and I have my own opinions. I guess I'm just like this on the whole because I had to be strong on my own, without holding on to others for support. Things would've been much harder for me if I hadn't. I'm also kind of the one people go to for advice, so I learned to just tell the truth even if it hurts.
Your weaknesses are… and why? Even if I don't show it, I can be pretty over-sensitive. I can take criticism to heart at times. I have really really low self-esteem. I'm also pretty rebellious, I cross the line a lot, and I don't really listen to authority, which has gotten me into loads of trouble. >_> I'm also really stubborn, and kinda lazy too. On the whole, I'm like this as a result of before I figured out I had to be strong for myself and just took everything as they came. I'm stubborn and I don't listen because I'm not the type to just say whatever's on my mind, people rarely know what I'm thinking, and this goes for my aloofness too. I guess I just don't want to hand out my trust so easily.
Digging a little Deeper
Who do you admire (whether it be fictitious or real life) and why? I guess my older brother. Mainly, because he has so much talent in art, talent I always wished I had, so I always tried to catch up to him and to be as good as him. I realized that it won't happen, but he's still my benchmark anyway.
What do you look for in a friend and why? I look for people who are honest not just to others or me, but honest to themselves. You can't face truths if you yourself won't realize them. I also look for fun and quirky people, because normal's kinda boring.
If you were in a rock band, which position would you play and why? I'd play lead guitar most likely, and backup vocals. Lead guitar would kick a lot of ass because of all the riffs I could pull off, and if I get into it, I can probably get the crowd going.
How would your ideal room/apartment look like and why? Nothing special, just enough room for me to be able to kick back in and relax, eat and sleep and have a few drinks and smokes when work or class is over.
If you were a piece of jewelry what would you be and why? I'd be a chain necklace with a butterfly pendant. I like chains quite a lot, and butterflies are amongst my favorite things around.
From the Manga
Who is your favorite character and why? Hmm...I guess I like Ren the most. He got his chance to make it big and he took it, even though it hurt him to leave Nana O. That takes a lot of bravery, and strength of heart.
Who is your least favorite character and why? I guess Shoji. Not really because he cheated on Nana K., because it was both their fault that things fell apart. It's mostly what Kyosuke said to him, that he has a have your cake and eat it too attitude, and in life, you can't just have everything...you need to choose sometimes, because otherwise you'll hurt other people.
Your favorite pairing? And why? Well, this is just me and my lil imagination, but Shin and Nana would be cute. >.> If this does happen later in the manga, dont' tell me. I just think they'd be cute, even if Shin's younger.
Your favorite relationship? And why? Nana O. and Ren. I like it because even though the kind of lifestyles they lead would make you think that they wouldn't be loyal to one another, they still were, and they really do love each other.

Where did you hear about us from? Uh...I think there was a link on a fandom linked to the Furuba rating comm. I guess I just kept clicking on random and found this.
