that would be a combination of alcohol and high blood pressure. Pretty common with old winos and aging Hollywoodsters. Sorry to Nancy, but the more I watch Shatner, the more I realize he's been phoning it in from a bottle of Scotch for decades.

Well, He IS 82. In person it looks more like a skin condition. It's on his arms as well. Oh about the hair or lack there of, while he did wear a rug before, this is a growing out buzz cut and you can see his scalp and hairline and where it's thinning in front. Hell, maybe he finally did a transplant, David Cassidy did. I did hair, I notice these things.
