I have mentioned elsewhere that I have a heart murmur. In a few years, I will need a valve replaced. I'm told I will have to get myself in the best shape possible to facilitate this procedure, but what with my high blood pressure, and more recently, gout... On June 25th, Danika, my youngest niece, passed awsy ftom a druv overdose; she was 31. Because she and her si lj gs gres up in a different city, I didn't get to know her as well as I would have wished.

I have a lump in my breast. It seems. We'll find out after the sonogram or whatever on June 11th
It's tare, but "it" happens to guys, too.
