you don't know me and I don't know you, but that's all right because anonymous advice is always better and least offensive. check out your local department of human services and see if you might qualify for Medicade which would make your meds and higher-quality doctor/psychiatric visits free. zoloft hasn't worked for me or any of my friend's who've tried it, and family and health center doctors know minimal amounts about clincal psychiatric medicine to monitor a patient like a doctor with a background in psychopharmacology can. school and family doctors operate by process of elimination: if this doesn't work, try this, and so forth. sucks. look into Medicade and see if you qualify for that, or ask if there is a similar program for benefits through the state. work study counts as "employment". good luck on your journey.
