That just means it's a new era, and time for a new signatory piece of jewelry.

I actually bought a wear-it-all-day-every-day ring in London (me, the Hater of Accessories), so maybe the Universe has simply decided we all need to turn a new page.

you're probably right, and i think i've gotten pretty good about changing my jewelry up in general. i don't think i'd go back to the all-day-every-day model. but it's kind of hard for me to imagine life without a necklace like that to fall back on. which is why so far i'm leaning toward getting another one made... i'm just not sure.

It said my name in Hebrew. It's a little more complicated than this, but the basic story is that I've had a necklace like it since I was 4, and I've worn one constantly since I was 13.
