Things are pretty good. Still working at the same place structuring loans for Loan Consultants and Brokers. I've actually started doing loans on the side as well. So if you know anyone that's looking to refi or buy a home let me know.

I'm back for the same reason that you got me hooked on this 3-4 years ago. I just need to get my thoughts on paper.

holy crap, can't believe you're still doing the same thing :) that's awesome. and btw, we may be looking to buy beginning of next year, so i'll keep you posted.

i guess i'm back for the same reason, too. i'm on MS and most of those people are part of my daily lives, so my blogs there are about my daily happenings. the ones i do here are usually more for ME and all my un-biased "friends" who will give me it straight :)
