It's not all bad.

I didn't mean for it to sound like I don't appreciate Scott's help. I truly do. He's taking lost time to be at home to help me out, and he's done a great job. He's been wonderful, and I am lucky to have him.

He just irked me is all. But now he's out getting me Starbucks. :) The good outweighs the irksome. I love me some Scott.

Glad to hear that recovery is going well and that Scott could take some time at home with you.

How are you doing laundry if you are not supposed to pick up anything that weighs more than 10 pounds? I know my laundry FEELS like it weighs at least that much.

Lol...your posts are classic. I can so see my Sam saying the same shit. They just don't think sometimes!! But they are good at making up for it, and Starbucks is a great way to do that.

I'm so glad you're on the mend. So did it hurt?

I agree with Chelle. It sounds like you're not really following dr's orders...

*lol* How much laundry do you guys do at one time? Really, these loads can't be any heavier than 4 or 5 lbs. each. I don't feel like I'm overexerting myself at all. But thanks for the concern. :)

The surgery wasn't a cake walk, but nothing compared to the c-section. I expected the first time getting out of the hospital bed to be torture, and it wasn't bad at all. Now it's 5 days later, and I still have some minor pain, but I'm not taking pain meds any more. So it's not bad.

I have stairs. I think that exacberates laundry. I do laundry once a week. I routinely carry down at least two loads, if not three, at a time to cut down the amount of up and down traffic.
