Day Eight

We're a little over a week in  - how's everyone holding up?  To be on track you'll need to hit 13,336 today.  If you're shooting to be done by Thanksgiving, the goal is 16,000.  How are your wordcounts holding up?

So lame! And right in the middle of an emotional scene, haha.

He wrote commercials, and was accustomed to being bothered by odd requests Being a kind soul, he responded to his latest applicant's offer to bring in a celebrity pinch hitter. "Brace yourself for a blow: I said no, and that's so, you might as well go, and please tell Yoko Ono not to sing solo whilst playing polo with a bolo!"

Ok, bit of a runon, but it was fun. Nine.

My story is so...just...unusual, I guess already that the last thing I need are rhyming words, even if it would add to the word count. But I'm doing good on word count anyway. I'm up to 17,326.
