I usually keep a reliable mental hold on the whereabouts of my vitals: keys, wallet, cell phone. It helps that I enforce a strict list of permissible locations for each object: Basket by the front door, pocket on my person, zipper pocket of my bag. Seems like the iPod Shuffle is exactly what I've been waiting for. Ever since I severely compromised my 1st Generation iPod last year by jogging with it, I've been longing for something cheaper and more bounce-worthy to replace it. These days, if you visit the Pike Place Market around lunchtime, you might be treated to the atmospheric tunes of the mysterious Erhu busker. This is a man who plays the Erhu, a 2-string violin of Chinese origin.
