It's a castle that we visited while vacationing in Germany. They have a large hall that they rent out for parties. Stone walls, heavy long wooden tables, gigantic chandeliers with a ridiculous number of candles in them. We've often joked that this was the place for our relatives to party.

The availability of schnapps and German beer are only incidental bonuses.
