Someone told me yesterday that if you expect nothing, you will never get dissapointed. Its often suprising how comforting (if a bitter comfort) it can be. If there is one thing I have ever learned in this place, it is not to rely on other people for your hapiness, because it will only dissapoint you (and I have had my fill of dissapointment). Hard
