Today is a good day. Even though I haven't even been to class I have that feeling. I am almsot giddy today, you might even say I feel narked, hence, my name. I can be myself today and shut out the pressures and stresses that always linger in the backround, because they can't get me today. Its not one of those days.

Someone told me yesterday that if you expect nothing, you will never get dissapointed. Its often suprising how comforting (if a bitter comfort) it can be. If there is one thing I have ever learned in this place, it is not to rely on other people for your hapiness, because it will only dissapoint you (and I have had my fill of dissapointment). Hey thanks alison. As it is the weekend, and I can't go down to campus therefore, there is nothing to do.
