So, I went away for a week to visit some friends. My parents had gone to Seattle for a business/short vacation thing. I didn't notice while I was away (I didn't talk to them much at all on the phone), but when they got home today, I realized I'd actually quite missed them. I'm happy for you that you got some time away and you realized your relationship with the family. I'm also jealous :P

If we're inclined, we might hop over to Houston on Sunday. We'll be in College Station on Saturday, so we'll see.
