About You

Name/Nickname: Ozbourne
At naruto_rating you were stamped as: Ino
Three words to describe you: Independent, determined, chaotic
Likes: Fashion design, art, crafts, Japanese culture, mythology, seafood, rice, fresh fruit, chocolate, leather, shiny things, reptiles, felines, bubble baths, my weird dreams, going barefoot, long walks, surfing the Internet, non-dating reality shows, makeover shows, dry and dark comedy, interesting words, and the colours green and purple.
Dislikes: Early mornings, people who are way too happy all the time, backstabbers, not being taken seriously, prejudice, people who force their beliefs on you, people watching over my shoulder when I am trying to do something, socks (unless I am wearing boots or something), taking showers when I could be taking a bath, onions, mayonnaise, wristwatches, short-shorts, most rap, teenybopper "music" like Miley Cyrus or the Jonas Brothers, gushy romantic crap, and the colour beige.
Strengths: I'm independent, determined, creative, have a decent (yet quite sarcastic) sense of humour, witty, reasonably intelligent, loyal to those who have earned it, honest (sometimes can be bluntly honest), individualistic, mysterious, nearly ambidextrous, can think on my feet fairly well, can be spontaneous, ambitious, and have a variety of random and odd talents.
Weaknesses: I'm very distrustful, have a bad temper, tend to brood when upset, have the sort of personality that makes me a bit prone to addictions, tend to be quite chaotic ('though this isn't all bad but a lot of people think it is), can come off as really blunt and harsh sometimes, have a bit of a sadistic streak, am not forgiving at all and hold grudges easily (and can be pretty vindictive and vengeful if given the opportunity), and can come off as either kind of insane or kind of cold.

In A Teacher--

The type of Teacher/Sensei I hope to be is: One who actually gets through to the students so that they learn what they're supposed to learn. One who gets respect from the students; whether they like me or not is another thing, but I would like to have respect.
The type of Teacher/Sensei I don't hope to be: One who cannot control students at all.
The type of Teacher/Sensei my students would see me as is: : Someone to be respected and who values justice over mercy.
Things you'd like to have your students learn from you: The required lessons would be nice, I'd also like them to learn respect and to be able to find their own ninja way instead of just copying from their teachers, parents, etc.; I'd like them to be strong competent ninja after training with me.

Scenario-Time

You're told you've given a team of slackers. Your three students that you're supposed to teach "the ninja way" just won't get motivated. How do you handle this? I really don't have much patience for people who won't get motivated, so if whatever I tried wouldn't motivate them, I'd flunk them. I gave them their chance to learn and they wouldn't take it, so too bad so sad for them.
You've got two of your students who just can't seem to get along. They pay more attention to fighting each other than you - how do you handle this? Send them off on some simple mission together; either they'll learn to get along or one of them will kill the other one, either way the whole fighting problem will be over.
What's the first lesson you would give to your students -- think of Kakashi and the bells Something that would test them on multiple levels; test their creativity and the ability to think on their feet. It'd also be something that could be solved individually or as a team, but in different ways.
Your students won't listen - how do you handle this? I'd probably lightly punish the worst offender (maybe make them go without lunch or something), with the threat of punishing the others if they don't start listening to me.
What would be your deciding factors to entering your team into the Chuunin Exams? Once I feel they are competent enough and would be able to handle the pressure.

Anything else? Nah, that'll do.
