In A Group Member--
What do you contribute in a group activity? I'm more brains than brawn, so it's usually something either creative or strategic.
Why would you join a group such as the Akatsuki? If it seems like I'd get something really good out of it. (That, and I like pretty rings and purple nail polish.)
What type of person is your ideal partner? Loyal and trustworthy, pulls his or her own weight in the partnership, someone who wouldn't talk about me behind my back, and someone who is intelligent enough to understand the plans but maybe has a bit more brute force available than I do.
What is one thing you would strongly object to if your boss/leader asked you to do something? Killing of innocents without some kind of a damned good reason.
What goal would you have as a member of the Akatsuki? To have my membership benefit myself somehow, either through material gain or learning something important.
Scenario-Time
You're one-on-one against Naruto. You're supposed to capture him to retrieve the Kyuubi from his body. How do you go about bringing him to your leader? Infiltrate the ramen shop, slip something into his ramen that'd knock him out, then tie him up really well and take him to the leader.
Your partner is the opposite of your ideal type. However, you're stuck with them - no amount of talking with the leader will get them away from you. How do you handle this? Pay them as little positive attention as I can get away with while trying to complete the mission the best I can. The opposite of my ideal type would be someone who I would be unable to trust, both in personality and with their commitment to the mission, so I'd probably watch my back as I attempt to do as much of the mission on my own as I can.
You're surrounded by three Chuunin and their leader (a Jounin). They appear to be really good at teamwork and you're completely alone. What do you do? Try to find a weak point that I can take advantage of. If I absolutely cannot take them on alone, I would call for backup.
You've messed up you're fifth mission. Completely failed it. Even got badly injured during it. How do you hope leader treats you and what do you tell them when you return from your failed mission? Hope I'm not killed or expelled from the group, but I know I wouldn't deserve to be treated well. If I'm lucky, my leader would think that my injuries and the fact I'd brood on how badly I did would be punishment enough. I'd be honest with them and hope that owning up to the fact I screwed up would be worth something.
You finally find out that the goal of the Akatsuki is something you're completely against -- how do you react? If I'm in a group and find out that they're into something that I'm against, I'd have no problem defecting. Yeah, even if they'd want to kill me. I've got this thing against sticking around people I strongly disagree with, since then I have no further reason to be loyal to them.
Anything else? Nope.
