Official "comment here to be added" post

Membership of this community is open... with restrictions.
→ No Blank Journals.
→ Your journal is at least six months old.
→ You are currently an active member of the LiveJournal community.
Please do not plead your case to the mods about these restrictions. While we appreciate that you have created your journal solely for joining this community for the purpose of getting access, we will not be persuaded. If you are new, we will still be here in six months time. Get active, make friends and join other communities.

With that said, if these restrictions don't block you, we will only accept you into the community once you've commented here following the instructions on this post. This way, if anyone's naughty, there will be no excuses like "...but I didn't know that rule!"

How to join:

1. Read the rules in the profile of the community. Due to the screening process, there is no excuse for not following them. This is your first and only warning.

Quick review time! → DO NOT share doujinshi outside this community without express permission from the the one sharing it. If you didn't get this, re-read the Golden Rule.
→ DO follow all guidelines set in the "usage" terms by those sharing doujinshi. (e.g. if they say don't scanlate the doujinshi, then don't :D. Easy, yes?).
→ DO keep your posts friends-locked.
→ DO credit where necessary and appropriate. DO NOT claim others' work as your own.
→ DO NOT make off-topic posts.
→ DO be excellent to each other. Do not flame, wank, wank-bait, or be generally rude to others, especially for pairing choices or the content of doujinshi. This includes subtle and underhanded remarks, and trying to start a moral argument. We won't tolerate any of it.
Remember, people are sharing stuff for free and for fun here. It costs you nothing to be polite and considerate. It takes only a moment to write a quick "thank you!" in return.

2. 'Join' the community by clicking the join link in the profile (or click here). This puts in your request to be a member. An email will automatically be sent to the mods. Once we've verified your comment on this post, we'll approve your request to join.

3. Comment on this post following these instructions: → Copy and paste the code below in the text box and fill out the sections.

→ Leave the subject blank.

→ Tell us how you found us and include a link! (Google.com is not what we're looking for; we do not show up on Google's homepage. Try to be specific.)

→ Tell us what you're into in Naruto fandom, and what sort of doujinshi you'd like to find here! If you're looking for anything else, or anything in particular, elaborate.

→ Give the statement: "I have read the community rules and agree to abide by them~!" There are two parts to that: your guarantee that you have read the rules, and your guarantee that you will follow them.

→ Tell us what is cool. Yes, this is relevant. It proves you have read the rules. If you're not too sure what that means, read the rules again.

→ Your message should be no less than three complete sentences in mostly-proper English. If there's little or nothing for us to read in your journal (e.g. friends-locked), write more in your comment. No netspeak.

How Did You Find Us?:
Why The Naruto Fandom?:
What Are You Looking For Here?:
Statement:
What Is Cool?:

There, comment with that! Also: following directions is imperative for this community, so it is important that you comment correctly. Show us that you want to be here, and show us that you understand and can follow directions.

{Note: If you have been asked to re-comment correctly, or to follow the instructions and try again, please make a new comment; don't reply to an older one, it will be lost.}

Do not forget step 2! In our last join post, it seemed to get missed. Don't miss it!

Those are the joining instructions!
Follow them and we won't smite you! <3

Once that is done:

4. Please be patient in waiting for a response from a maintainer.

5. Once accepted, start participating! Share, download, comment! This community will only be as good as its content and members, so consider sharing a book here if you regularly download from others, or offer to translate if you're able.

Also look through our entries, our tags, our Guides, and our links; comment and tell people you love them. Don't be a silent observer; participate!

That's it. Welcome!
